Colton,
1968 Camaro with hide-a-way headlights
1968 Camaro with standard headlights
1968 Nova
Yenko was a car dealer that would order COPO (Central Office Production Order) cars...COPO was designed for fleet orders such as police cars but through a loophole dealers could order one-off big engine cars. Yenko just put stripes, gauges, headers etc on the COPO cars.
Here is a picture of a 70 Yenko Nova...
Or how about a very rare 1966 Yenko Corvair (1 of 100 white cars produced)
So while the Yenko Camaro is probably the most well known, the dealership also striped COPO Nova's, Chevelle's and Corvair's from about 1966-1970
So I guess what I am saying is the car in the first pic is in fact a Nova and not a Camaro.
