Honestly, if I didn't have to drive so far to work, mine would be lifted. The problem I have is lifting and driving a lot (Morgan knows what I'm talking about) means lower gas mileage and getting like 30k miles MAX out of tires.

Yeah I do drive at least 25k miles a year, so the increased gas mileage from lowering is nice. I'm really torn on this, I really like both looks. I think I'll wait until this winter and see how it does in the snow, that will be the deciding factor. I definitely won't be doing a 6" lift, that's too much for me. I guess you could say it would get a 5.25" lift from the current stance... Since I drive so much, I will probably stick with stock size tires, maybe a little wider... My Coopers are actually wearing pretty well. I have over 20k miles on them and they have at least 25-30k left. And that's with heavy use of the skinny pedal. A normal person could probably get 75k miles out of them.

no true at all lol i had a set of super aggressive procomp extreme mt's and i got 61k out of them and i treated them like crap ... you can get a pretty beefy mud terrain now a days and have them last 50k no problems

Gas mileage? What's that? Haha, idk I didn't really see a difference in my mileage from going dropped to lifted, but I never calculated it tho. But it doesn't hurt the wallet. If ur driving the truck everyday like I do it becomes normal and I don't give my mileage a second thought.

Gas mileage is the only thing I am worried about, but it won't be enough to break the bank. I think I have decided to drop in some 4.56s lift it back up 5.25" and put on some A/T 33s when my coopers wear out. The gears and lift might happen after Christmas...
