A buddy of mine bought a little Kawasaki 650R in the summer and recently helped his brother in law paint it. It used to be red and he wanted it to have an old fighter plane look. They painted it to look like metal pieces riveted together and added the "shark mouth" on the lower fairing. Next they are going to airbrush some old school pin-up girls on the tank and then hit it with another coat of satin clear.
Unfortunately, after I took these pics, we decided to install his fender delete kit and led tail light with integrated turn signals, so it looks MUCH better now. All of the stuff hanging off the back is now gone so it has a cleaner look.
