a little lower

Had a pretty interesting weekend! I lowered the front and rear of my truck and i am really happy how it turned out. I started out with cutting the springs in the front and then welding on some new spring seats in the rear and relocated the leaf springs. But i feel pretty beat down now! LOL!:rockit:

Nice job, how does it ride?

rvarela 04-29-2012 10:43 AM

not too bad. i thought it would be a lot worst. but i do need to get some new shocks for it very soon. they run out of travel and bottom out. but not too often.

BMRbrnSNRbrd 04-29-2012 10:45 AM

Everyone and their brother will swear by the Nitro Drop IIs but I HATED them.

rvarela 04-29-2012 10:48 AM

really? why? thats what i was looking at.

BMRbrnSNRbrd 04-29-2012 02:22 PM

I feel like they rode like shit. I don't understand their "technology" is that they don't rebound themselves...sounds like bullshit to me. I was always taught that if you pushed a shock in and it didn't rebound it was bad...not with a NDII...they won't automatically rebound.

fastnnuffrt 04-29-2012 03:44 PM

I have the bell tech street performance shocks

rvarela 04-29-2012 04:13 PM

and how do you like them?
