I forgot to tell you....it sounds mean because the valves are tapping the piston......The motor in that truck was completely trashed, heads all the way down to the block!

Ooooo, the last engine I had that did that broke a connecting rod! And bent the valves...

Because I can't leave shit alone... I went from stock to a 6.1 cam, the 6.1 to a spartan on a 113LSA, back to the 6.1. I would have swapped it back out to the 5.7 but didn't have the time before I traded it in.
