you can........but its best to use that harness you got for them. Some of these 4th gens send a pulsed signal to the fogs (mine did!)

It is a process isn't it? lol.. Drilling dust caps, sanding paint for ground, running wires and mounting..
I love doing it though  2 of my co-workers asked me to put heads and fogs in their rams this summer so I will be doing it soon
