Man my weight loss stalled...I was at 220, dropped to 210 in a couple weeks and I'm still there...I could definitely work harder at it though.

Drink tons of water and get away from all the pop... That's what will really help on the weight loss. What doesn't have calories, they add more sugar to make up for it... That doesn't help much if you wanna lose weight. All I drink is water, tea, or Gatorade and I haven't gained a pound in I don't know how long lol I know I'm only 17 but I weight 135, no more, no less.

LOL, I was able to do the same when I was 17. I was 160 lbs when I was 21 and ate pretty much what ever I wanted and gained nothing. It all caught up with me...

Yeah, give it time Colton. I was 185 and solid at your age and the same as Morgan...I ate, drank, etc whatever I wanted without any negative results.

I've given up pop with sugar, just drinking diet now. I know its not as good for you as water but I gotta have my caffeine!
