HD Lift Parts: 2" Front, 1.5" Rear
I un-lifted the truck this weekend and will be going with a stock size tire. Several reasons for this, but there is nothing wrong with these parts and they worked great. The have only been installed a few thousand miles. Both are from Top Gun Customz. $50 for 2" front spacer and $80 for the 1.5" rear spacers or both for $120 shipped. These will run you $185 new.

I lost a lot of drive-ability with the lift and heavy ass tires. I ordered some 285/65/18 tires which are basically the stock size in an 18. If all the truck did was sit in the drive and go on offroad trips, then I would have left it, but it does much more than that. It will still look good but will be much highway friendly... I struggle to get 10.5 mpg and was able to get 14-15 stock...

Yep, gas wasn't the only reason but it was one of the big deciding factors. The difference between 10 and 14 MPG with gas at the current prices is over 12k miles is over $1000! I expected to lose some mileage but not that much! It's also much easier for my fat ass to get into the bed. It's amazing what a 2/1.5" lift will do, the truck looks tiny!

dam! Can't believe you dropped to 10mpg....that is my V10 mpg! LOL
I might be able to use some or all of those parts. Not sure if the u-bolts should be reused though, I don't think it's ever safe to reuse them. Is $100 reasonable, otherwise I may have parts you'd want to trade for.

I was pretty shocked when I dropped that much. I was expecting a little decrease but not 10 mpg... I think the biggest reason for the drop is that the truck down shifts at almost every hill. Running down I-44 is horrible.
I've already sold the rear blocks but still have the front spacers available.
