When I ran the Doug Thorleys they came with their own pipe...maybe "crossover pipe" is a better term to use...they were flanged to bolt directly to the headers and were shaped like a "Y" to move the exhaust all to the passenger side to run it the rest of the way back.

I don't think Mike's is the 3030XL but he does have the AT3030.. I'm sure he'll chime in
