H&H would be a good place for a meetup.

They are ok. Just so short. 30-50 yards. But it's good enough and central.

a 223 is a whole different animal then a .22
I have to agree to this when it comes to the gas fed systems. A friend of mine owns several of the 22 cal m4 looking weapons and I wont play with them at all...they want to be very clean and very lubed...no thanks.

As for Ammo, the Wolf brand is good, solid, inexpensive stuff. Buy online in bulk, its the only way to go.

Since retirement(July)...
Bushmaster 308 Optic ready
S&W .38 Bodyguard/built in laser for the wife...I love this thing.
Mossberg 500
Glock 26 w/laser
Springfield XD .40 Sub compact
...and a new gunsafe
....Also have my next purchase lined up....

I actually went to H&H last time I was in the city....nice set up with knowledgeable staff, but I wasn't there to shoot, just shopping.
I'm lucky a hell because I got a friend/Boss that is a Gun-Guy...we shoot at his house near Cache whenever.

Check the link, its really set up nice. I'm not really capable of building an AR just yet, but I'm working on it.

The S&W .38 Bodyguard is a great little gun...it sounds like my dad has the exact same model you have, with the laser and all that.

I have a 22 conversion for my AR, kinda a pain. But I don't use it much. More fun to use it regular. Mine has ran fine dirty. I mean few hundred of cheap wolf ammo thru it. I clean it after nearly every trip. Kinda fun to ear it down, clean it and put back together.
I recently built one. With the proper tools it's really not too hard. So much knowledge on Internet, you just have to follow directions.

Sweet pic too. Does that eject on each side?
