i'd like to know the name of the shakes, im 6'4"-6'5"ish and in the 290 range, i'd like to be down in the 250 range if possible. last weekend i was being a dumbass and ended up giving myself alchohol poisoning. so the last week has been hell trying to keep anything other than cheese and crackers down. i cant really eat anything heavy without regretting it later. i'd like to get something in my system so im not starving myself. i want to keep losing the weight but i need a better way to do it.

I'm on the Body by Vi Challenge. Hit me up if you want some more info - and if you decide to sign up, I get "spiffs" for it. (not that I'm in it to make it a business, which it can be......I'm in it to get healthier).

I was drinking the Visalis stuff too, it doesn't taste too bad. I was buying it on Amazon to avoid signing up for stuff...

I've still got two bags that call my name every time I open the pantry. I quickly shut it and pretend I didn't hear them. Lol. No point in starting it now before the holidays. That just might be my new years resolution...

I did some weightloss stuff a while back. I was 220 and all I did was start counting calories. I got down to 200 and let off a bit. NOw a buddy of mine and I work out four days a week...like real free weight lifing. I'm at 205. At only 5'10ish, my "ideal" weight would be like 170...hell no. I was 185 and solid in highschool. I would honestly be happy with about 195 as long as that includes being somewhat solid.

Thats what most people say Morgan. It was the "easy outs" that got me. Take today for instance...what sounded good for breakfast on the way to work? (I didn't take the time to make my meals last night like I normally do) Donuts. I bought two. At lunch? Fuck it, I already screwed up breakfast. That's an easy out. Instead of trying to correct my mistake, I just say screw it all day and really regret it later.

It snowballs pretty damn fast. There's a lot of times when I'll get a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle for breakfast, more fast food for lunch, and fast food again for dinner. There's probably some days where I consume 5000 calories and the most exercise I do is getting up to take a leak. I was 150 lbs through high school and college and was in pretty good shape. Not so much anymore. I get winded carrying the baby with the car seat into day care. It's pathetic and in all honesty i need to make some changes before I have a heart attack or stroke. Not really kidding either...

5000 calories? Nah...

Here was one day....for me, that I sat down and calculated....

2 Sausage Muffins and a Large Iced Coffee
Jimmy Johns Gaurgantuan for lunch, large Dr Pepper
1/2 large Meat Lovers stuffed crust pizza for dinner, and probably an entire 2 liter from the time I got home til dinner.

That was 4-4200 calories, 200+ grams of fat.......and makes me want to vomit thinking about it now.

As for "ideal" weight.........I think I read for me it was 180. I don't see it. I was 180 in high school.......still had a gut though. I've "evened" out a bit now....but I can't see where being a stick is good either. lol
