DiabloSport Dodge Ram Trinity Performance Programmer
this thing is claiming a lot higher HP gain and Tq gain than my superchips... think there is any truth to this? or is it just a fancy touch screen

The trinity has the same functions as a predator, just a fancy touchscreen with guages and realtime monitoring. I have the Predator and love it. My 3.21 truck can spin/chirp shifting into second gear now....at 60 MPH!

When I had the Predator I couldn't feel much difference. I prefer SC because the trans tuning is amazing.

The shifting with the predator is better than stock, but I have heard the SC trans work is better. The predator is no joke on power though, i dropped 4/10ths in the quarter just running the 87 perf tune. Truck runs much better. The 91 tune would kill the rear tires, and the 1-2 shift felt MUCH firmer. I'll keep playing with it and update you guys. Hope to have my 4.56 rear end soon and drag radials! Then I will really be able to tell what the tunes do for power and times.

i have heard good things about the diablo and i think the only real advantage superchips has now is the trans tuning. but sometime? hopefully soon superchips will release the vivid/avid that will up the game for everyone with a market share in auto tuners. all i know for sure is stay as far away from hypertech as you can. if you see one free on cl stay away they are a toxic company with shit customer support and care.
