They changed some things that I personally dont like... Like the shift knob and vertical foglights

I was a little worried that I would regret buying a 2012 when the 13s were just around the corner but I don't see anything that makes me want to jump. Some of the new features like the 7" screen in the dash and the air suspension are cool, but I can live without. Not too crazy about the new front end or taillights either.

I agree Morgan...and I'm guessing the air suspension is only on the most loaded truck they offer.

most of the stuff is high up stuff.
For example....headlights - standard on the Sport and Laramie Longhorn. Option on regular Laramie. So, no Bighornies with it. Thats a HUGE market.
Tails - I believe all are LED, but the Sport said "darker" - really? Fukkers. But, that chrome trim is the stupiest idea ever.
The dash, interior and 8.4" screen make me nut.
I will have that front bumper, bumper cap and grill on mine though. I love it.

I believe they are. Maybe not for the backup............
But, they also have a huge ass chrome ring around the entire tail. GAY.
Get LED tails from eBay and tint 'em.
