I called today to see what I would gain/lose by moving my plan to the "Best.Plan.Ever" plan...it would be a lot cheaper, but the fuckers wanted $200/line to move my plan...are you fucking kidding me? To click a few keys on a computer...go pound sand.

I mean, if they can reduce my bill by $100 for the same features, then hell yeah I'll take that deal, but I doubt it will drop more than $40.

Verizon tried to make me buy a new phone when my Droid X was acting up. In the end they gave me a new X2 for free lol
