Default Dinging

I've noticed lately that at WOT, towards the end of 1st there is a "ringing" noise, almost like a bell being rung. After it shifts into 2nd it goes away. Seems to be doing it at about 4000 rpm. What could it be? I know it couldn't be the cerpintine belt because it's tight.

Just thought of something, if I turn my a/c on full blast it sounds like a coin or something is bouncing around in there. When it rings it comes from the passenger side which is where the ringing from the a/c is to. Wonder if that could be it...

Its really not a chore to remove the interior on the 2nd & 3rd gen rams. Well the door panels suck on the 2nd gens
