My DT Pro Fab steering brace came in yesterday and I installed it last night. Installation was a breeze and only took about 20 minutes, including getting out all my tools and jack. My new bottle jack/jack stand combo worked great for holding up the smartbar side of the sway bar.

I also called up TGC and paid for my level spacers and lift blocks. They apologized for their mistake and thanked me for my honesty. I was hoping for a little discount, but they didn't offer...

I haven't driven it yet to see if it makes a difference... I have thought about adding something behind the DT Pro Fab cutout in red. I think that would look cool poking though...

Just be careful with the brace off road...there are several incidents where the brace snapped the steering shaft and/or damaged the case. Tying the frame together through the shaft is fine as long as the frame doesn't move too much.

The brace can be modified to avoid the issue.

Hmm, this is the first I've heard of this. None of the Power Wagon guys have ever mentioned it. I'll keep an eye on it!

Are you going to go with Diff Gaurds?

I'm going to pull the trigger on a rear diff cover and gaurd (Maybe on the gaurd) just to spice up the rear some more

No, 10.5" rear. 11.5" is the diesel...

I need to at least get the front guard for mine. It's just too damn hot for me to want to any wrenching.
