That's what I'm thinking David. A ~30" bar will fit perfect on the bar, it's good height, and no light obstructions.

There's really no other way of getting a decent size light in the truck without leaving the light bar. I like how Matt has a 40 behind the grille, but it won't fit like that on a 4th gen and I really don't want to replace the grille with a full open mouth.

I think the biggest reason I wanted to ditch the light bar was because I really don't like the Hella lights with my new black headlights, too much chrome. Loosing the four 6" chrome lights for a more subtle LED bar will solve that.

I'm currently talking with Jeremy and you might see a Morimoto light bar on the truck soon.

Anyone want a couple of Hella 500FF driving lights? I'll sell them cheap! The other two I have are fog lights and they aren't the same quality as the driving lights for whatever reason and they both leak. Even had a spider living in one of them this summer.
