Damnit I'm worn out. The entire last week was dedicated to Defensive Tactics at school. Last night I re-tiled the landing at our front entrance and today my wife and I grouted the entire backsplash in the kitchen (it was tiled over a month ago) and then grouted the entrance tile.

Hell of a month for you dude lol.
Me and Emily think we found a house to buy yesterday.... it has a 1800sq ft shop that he built just a year ago....... That would be one hell of a work shop for me

Definitely go for it. Any other modifications necessary? The bike I'm most likely picking up this time next year runs a 250 from the factory and I think it looks killer.

ya i have to have the swing arm notched and widened and i have to have the rear wheel widened ... on the forums theres a company that does that for about 1100 so i'm not sure what direction im going to go with yet but i'll make the decision soon bc i wanna ride lol rode home in the rain the other night and then checked my tire the next day and i had cords showing .. no bueno
