I'll help you Kyle! And this dude tried to pass me on a two lane road while I was slowing down for a stop sign, he was gonna run it and running stop signs is a HUGE effin pet peeve of mine. So I swerved to the middle of the road, stopped, and pinned it so he couldn't pass me, then I slammed on the brakes in the middle of the road. This was all less than half a mile from the shop. So I started to turn into the shop and slammed the truck into park and got out yellin and using my French language tryin to get him to pull over and get out. I wasn't havin any shitake from anybody this mornin.

20 lbs gone! Haven't done my shake diet in a few weeks, but I have cut back on eating and completely quit drinking pop with calories. Haven't had a Dr. Pepper in months, been drinking mostly Pepsi Max and Diet Dew, which aren't too bad. I'd still like to get down to 180-190, but I'm excited to be this light again...
