That's what I'm trying to figure out right now. I will be biding on a few jobs Jan 1. I would like to bid on a job coming up in Oklahoma near cushing but there are alrady a few bids on that job but we will see.
North east PA is where its at right now. But north Dakota and Nebraska are kicking really good right now.
I'm hoping to provide Leasing, seismic permitting, GIS, title, state/county permitting ROW acquisitions and hopefully a few other jobs.
I would like to staff 5 to 10 people to start but it will be after the first before I can place bids on these jobs..

I won't be hiring under employment every agent will be under contract as self employed/contractor. It's less complicated and you would be on day rate instead of salary.
