I started mine on monday as well lol..... Gotta get my beach body before May 20th.. Going to the outer banks in north carolina with Emily for a week.. She has already lost 28 Pounds!!
I need to lose about 20-25 pounds before then. I want to get back down to the 165 pound range again, That will be a little later down the road but it does suck dude.

My weight in highschool was 185 and I used to lift weight that pissed the football coach off because I wouldn't play for him. I told him I had to have a job per my parents rules and he actually told me it was bullshit. I really liked the guy, he was just a little rough around the edges.

I started my diet today. I am trying this Visalus shake stuff that I drink twice a day then have a normal meal, either lunch or dinner. We'll see how it works... Weighed 219 this morning I need to be about 180 but will be happy with 200...
I was 155 lbs in high school and through most of college...
