looks sweet! Your much less likely to kill or maim yourself and you can haul 4 or 5 bikini clad hotties!

So what is it?...
looks kinda like a 26 foot Formula Fastech but it's left hand drive and has port-hole windows in the cuddy.

Guessing late 1980's to early 1990's?

What engine and outdrive?

It's a 1992 carrera classic 23.5. Has 454 but he pulling it cause he has like 10 grand in the motor. Id put a stock 454 in for like $300-600!! It's immaculate. But I'm gonna have to hold off on it cause I might be getting rid of the r/t (long story I'll post the story later)

A Carrera!!!! those are damn good boats, Great for rough water and FAST. Too bad it's not going to work out, but with no engine, I don't think you can get it going for $300-600, your going to need more than just the engine. Your gonna need exhaust manifolds, freshwater pump (impeller), and if the starter and alternator are missing you will need those also and you have to use marine parts so you don't blow yourself up and that means extra $$$. You will also want to service the upper and lower units while your at it. And because your changing engines you might need to change the prop pitch, that right there could run you $300-600 for a stainless steal prop.

Remember boat stands for Bust Oout Another Thousand.

Also going to the lake with a boat aint cheap.

For a three day weekend you better figure on spending about $800
For memorial day I spent:
$300 food and drink (for 3 adults and 2 kids)
$200 on diesel to get to the lake and back
$150 on boat gas
$45 on slip rental---beats the hell out of dealing with the boat ramp morons
$50 on incidentals like ice, can coozies, walking around money, etc...
