I get Ativan before the procedure. Hopefully that will do the trick.

Let the designing begin............

Basement before I start building my shop...

And after:

So, my plan is to have a hugeass work area. 4" deep bench (might go to 3", not sure....but yeah). Almost 17ft of area........I'll have the oven under the bench there, so bake and go! Full storage for parts and stuff behind me, and on the wall. There is an existing workbench on the other side of the wall (steps) and that will be used as my packing area. Keeps things nice and separated. More storage by the packing area. Never have too much.........

And, putting in a small bathroom, need a place to shit ya know. "pantry" next to it, something to keep some extra chips, condiments, etc. And.......fill the "voids" in the wall there with even more storage for the wife and kiddos. Still leaves a LOT of room down here (working with almost 1800 sq ft!)

Suggestions? Thoughts?

Looks like a great work space. You should do double wall mounted ovens down there. Don't really need a cook top...

I can get a cheapass oven for like ......... 3-400 and call it a day. Takes up less room too.

Well, my 6 year old 61" Samsung LED DLP started developing small white dots all over the place so I just ordered a new one. Seems it caught a case of the TV Pox. I'm a little sad because I actually like my old TV, but I was having a hard time trying to fix a 6 year old TV. I did some Googling and it's a common problem that's caused by a defective DMD chip. Samsung wants $500+ to replace it and I can get a new one for about $250. I thought about fixing it, but who knows how long it would last after that. No telling how much longer the LEDs have left in them either. So, on to Craigslist it goes.

What I bought to replace it is a Samsung 65" 240Hz 3D Smart LED TV. Ordered through Amazon and got free shipping and no tax!
