Got to test drive this the other day. I really like the 14 Durango's. the ride is amazing and features are pretty sweet. This is the R/T.

The offered a pretty sweet deal with my truck trade. This is not my normal dealer and if I buy it will be through them but just wanted to scope out the 2014's... I must say, I like.

I really like the 14 Durangos! I wish I would have waited to buy that rather than the Jeep.

Yeah it is super nice. Still has some good power with the 5.7.

I love the way they look.

How'd you like the 8 speed? It's so damn smooth. My only gripe about the drive train in the Grand Cherokee and Durango is that they dropped to 3.09 gears in the Hemi while the V6 and diesel get the 3.45s. It likes to downshift on the hills but in all honesty if I didn't have the exhaust I wouldn't know it was dropping gears.

You are killing me Kyle. You know I'm struggling with the idea of trading for one...

The 8 speed was amazing Morgan. I do have to agree with you on the rear ratio... As you know up here the hills are insane no matter where you go.. It does a lot of gear searching but the shifts are so smooth it took me paying attention to notice it in all honesty.

I had the talk with Emily today man......... It didn't go bad, but could have gone better. She thinks the price is ridiculous but with what the offered for the truck and I'd prolly get rid of the work suv, it's really not that bad.

I just have to convince her.....

Honestly, the only thing I would want to change (Only thing that really bugs me) is that damn painted piece in the headlight that surrounds the projector shroud...... I don't know what the hell they were thinking with that?

But that's the only thing I could say that bugged me. It is so nice.... In person these things look mean. The stance is just amazing.
