Default Can someone identify this SOB for me?

Found in my back yard...I'm a bitch when it comes to snakes...like crawl on anything to get away kind of bitch. It was only about 10-12 inches long and as thick as my pinky or less.

Looks like a regular garden snake to me. I've had one like that in my yard before
