Default Unsprung weight problem

After changing from stock 20s to the SRT10 22s w/ 305/45 tires I feel like the truck's ride has changed quite a bit. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it feels unbalanced (not an unbalanced tire, the truck's suspension geometry.)

The only thing I can think of is that the SRTs weigh more...IIRC they are approximately 10 lbs heavier than the stock 20s each...and the increase in unsprung weight has changed the feel of the truck. It's fine on a straight stretch, it's only when I get in the bumpy stuff that it feels odd.

What's the best way to counteract this problem? I don't want to put super firm shocks on the truck because I like that my dropped truck still rides great. Thanks for the help.
