my brother in Springfield MO.........most don't have basements. Its very common up here though.

Stupid PB.........oh well, I keep looking at them and trying to place a few things and wondering..........errr.........thats a BIG place....lol

Put it into comparison. Our house now......its fn small. I mean......SMALL. 864 sq ft. We have a finished basement (doesn't count in the sq ft). It "works".....and has for the time we've been here. Thats all that matters.........but it was time to go. This one, 3100, again - not counting the basement. I'm ready for it NOW.

yeah.......we've been "looking" to get out of here for a while.......been lucky with a great year, I stashed a NICE chunk away.....gotta love that shit!

Congratulations Jeremy, really. I thought Sarah, Hunter, and I were cramped in 1100 sqft...864 with two kids!? 3100 sqft means it might be time for furniture shopping soon.

yeah, we have a full basement, which is where I work......and there's another family room there (not used)...

Small bedrooms, hell - everything, but its worked for us........just time to move on.

AND yup, we will be furnishing this one a bit different. Let the fun begin!
