I wish I had a building half this size behind my house... We plan build a house on about 1/2 an acre so I can have some space and build me a shop. I hope to start that process in the next few years...

I had a dream about a new house last night.
The more headlights I do..........the more I think about moving. Crazy.. I hate this puny house I'm in, but its close to everything, and I am not wanting to deal with selling this shithole.

I'd even settle for a house in town with an over-sized 3 car garage (at least 25' deep) and a backyard big enough for a storage shed for my bike and ATV. I would also like to be able to keep my boat at the house so I need a 10' gate going to the backyard and a concrete pad for it. I really like the house we are in now (2500 sq ft), but the garage isn't big enough and I have no where to store my big toys other than the garage. I have a storage shed in the back but it's not big enough... I'd like to start looking soon, but I almost can't afford to sell my house after all the realtor fees and closing costs... Not really interested in breaking even.
