I just wrote an email asking who gave them permission to use my photos and told them that the lights are Sonar not their brand..
Not being a dick but just asking WTF is up with that lol.. I don't own the truck anymore so i'm not too worried about it..
Now if it was my current truck I would kick up more of a stink

Look at this remark from the email I sent:
Dear kyleandress1,
This picture was posted on the internet, which makes it public property. We can take the pictures down. These brand of these lights are sonar. If you have any concerns please let us know.

So just for shit's and grins I contacted my corporate lawyer andthis is what he told me
Kyle,
The legality of this issue all depends upon how the image is going to be used. Is it for commercial or just "viewing" purposes? If it is for commercial purposes, and is going to be used to promote something of a commercial nature then you have to get what we call a "photo release". Otherwise if the image is for "Just Viewing" purposes, and they took the photo from a public space in what we call "plain view" then it is legal. But to answer your question about the company water marking your photo's yes they are claiming rights to your photo.
I know this does not involve our current work matters but let me know if you want me to proceed any further with the company at fault.
