New Tires To Come
This spring I'll be doing a long needed tire upgrade. I want an AT tire with a less aggressive tread than I have now so I am planning on going with a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers.
If these are the tires I choose it'll be the 325/70-17; which is a 35x13.17; the same height as the Coopers I have now and almost 3/4" wider. I'll pair these with a set of 1/2" spacers widening my stance by approximately .84 inches on each side.
I have heard many praises of these tires but also a couple negative comments about the way they wear. The main complaint I've heard is that they wear unevenly but on the front end which sounds more like worn out suspension to me than bad tires.
Any input?

If you have bad suspension, then yeah they'll wear weird but these tires are badass in my opinion. My dad has them on his mega cab and they have been great for the past 2 years he's had them and they still have plenty of tread left.

I really like the Toyo ATII. They don't have the size you want though, closest thing is a 35x12.50.

Yeah, I would like to go just a little bit wider for a more aggressive, wide shoulder look. I've heard a lot of good things about the Toyos and they are definitely a backup option for me.

Whatever you decide, I would check with Matt at Moes Performance for pricing. He gave me a killer deal on my Nittos.

I'm glad to hear that! I've seen one set with about 55k miles on them but I just need around 30k from them.
