Then remove the cubby hole panel. Note missing screws are the ones to take out.

Then put the controller in the cubby hole spot and secure using the screws you just removed and one extra.

Plug in the two plugs taped to the wiring harness right by the e-break.

Now put all of the panels back on.

When you get the kit from the dealer it should have 2 bezels (1 black & 1 tan), the controller, 2 Phillips screws, 1 torx screw and a very good set of instructions.
You don't have to use my write-up to do this. Really the only reason I posted this is to show how easy it was to do.
All that is left for me to do now is have the computer updated with the new part information so the control shows up in my EVIC. As understand this is purely optional and the controller is fully functional without the update.
