Appreciate the responses fellas, don't have the money just yet for a whole new system(even though I would love too &#128513

....I have been searching other forums and some said that their might be a clear plastic cover over the speakers? (http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2002/08-006-02.htm )that could be causing it to pop and rattle...but if I turn the volume up the pop or rattle doesn't get worse, the sound just drowns it out so that's why I'm thinking (hoping lol) it might not be blown...so I suppose I'll attempt to take off the door panel and see if their is any clear plastic over the speaker since that fix was for a 2002 model...but if not What's the easiest/best option?
