I'm about 60/40 on white/MG. None of the other colors really thrill me. Definitely don't want black on a truck that will get used as a truck. My wife wants white too and if that's what it takes to get my new truck, then white it is.
She wanted me to get white on my last truck but I ended up with inferno red. I love the look of a white truck on some meaty tires with black rims though, but I do need to buy something that I will like for a long while, since I actually want to keep this one more than 2-3 years...
