I actually cut the ram out of my rear badge, cleaned it up and filled it with epoxy, and painted it. When I finished, I had a local guy stretch a POW decal over it and then shot it with about 10 layers of clear coat.

I wanted to do the badges myself and see how they turned out. I think they turned out nice, but the time and effort...and learning curve...I'd have BillitBadges make me some one-offs instead....Especially the time I put into the rear badge.



That is my plan as a matter of fact!! And all black wheels, powdercoat my exhaust tips black, black projector headlights, darker tint. The entire truck will be chrome free.
Amen, White with NO CHROME! I scuffed my tips and shot them with high temp vht flat black. This stuff is damn near as durable as PC.
