It didn't happen man.. Some stuff came up while we were there. She has no idea that I had the ring and that I was planning on proposing but I think in a way she was expecting it. and we were talking one night and she threw out there that when we did get married that I needed to find a new career (not in oil & gas) She wants me to get a 9 to 5 job and be home every night and that really kinda pissed me off.
So that stopped me asking her right then. We have some stuff to work out before I decided to ask her.

Sorry to hear that. Women, they are strange creatures; you know as soon as you took a 9-5 gig she would tell you that your home too much. They are never effing happy!
