I love my heated cloth seats.
For the remote start, I would honestly go with a factory setup if you replace it again. I really like the Viper I installed in my 10 but I like how simple and reliable the factory remote start is. Sure it's not 2-way, but it has decent range and always works. The Viper worked most of the time but it seemed that the Chall module had some quirks. And I don't believe I installed a hood pin when I installed mine. It's probably a good idea to have one so you don't chop your fingers off when it starts with your fingers in the serpentine belt or something.
