As far as apps from the market, yes. As far as rooting and roming, you'll have to use stuff that's specific to that phone, roms and other hacks are phone and carrier specific. Even a Verizon and AT&T Galaxy S3 will have different roms and are not interchangeable. XDA-Forums is a great source.
