If you look at the MPH gauge at the 20mph and the 120mph you can see it's very bright (Hot Spotting)

Light and dark spots on the cluster..

basically there are area's that are brighter than others, you will have high contrast areas and low ones as well..

It's just one of them things that would drive me nuts
