the range for mine is 148-199. Umm..........150? Seriously? HALF of what I was? Eh.....no.
Whats interesting is that my body burns off almost 3K calories a day, with me just sittin' on my duff.
I know I'm not getting enough calories when its all said and done..........
Average day:
Shake 1 - 125 calories
Snack (almonds or something) - 160
Shake 2 - 125
Snack - orange - 45
dinner - typically ranges between 5-900 calories
snack, if I have one.....more nuts or veggies / dip, hummus, etc. Maybe 150-200 cals...
So, lets go high - 1,555 - almost 1/2. I know I should probably get around 2K - 2200 a day for "rapid weight loss".
