well not even a chip! only thing electronic you can do to a 12v is torque converter lockup (which this truck already has ;) ) because the motor is all mechanical!! no expensive tuners to deal with!...

It currently has a turbo'd nonintercooled IDI motor in it so the 12v will be a massive improvement. And 12v cummins are so easy and relatively cheap to make strong and fast ;)

Ok.... I know its a Ford but still....

A friend of mine bought this truck as a project a while back and his dad owns a body shop so they have been restoring it. and... it is getting a 12v CTD swap as we speak!
