There are a number of changes during the 98-99 years, so just double check. Even the seat belts changed slightly and I had to make a custom harness change for mine when I swapped in some newer 99...

are they both either 94-97 or post '98? Trying to cross swap will not be easy by any means. Be sure to check the headlamp switch as they changed a few times as well.
