yeah i like the afe a lot. i didnt care for the airraid that was on my truck when i bought it but not enough to do anything about it. then i came across my vararam. i like being able to see my engine

it is a pain in the ass. i made a modified funnel to help change the oil. but other than that i havent had to do anything to the engine compartment. the vararam was what everyone was asking me about...

I have the 3030 and I do love it but when you take off the cats and dump it behind the muffler it gets really loud. I know the xl have the res built in and you have cats so it should be a nice mello...
