Need some help

I was wondering if there was anyway someone could chop this pic and black the wheels out and the pillar between the front and rear windows. I wanna see how that would look on mine. Thanks!

I tried to help you out. Done everything on paint and powerpoint. Don't have photoshop on the GOV computer.
