ORC plans for MMM
 

Alright guys, we're only about a week or so away from the Midwest Mopar Meet and I know we have a lot of guys going. I would really love for all or most of us to roll in together, if its possible.

The show opens at five pm and I always like to get there as early as possible for last minute cleaning and such.

Anyone else wanna meet up and roll in together? With the number we have registered it could really make an impression if we do.

If attending, those who have registered and paid will be allowed into the parking area. Others will need to park out side the car show area and fill out registration forms an pay the entry fee before being let into the parking area.

I'll be there early to help with setup stuff!

I'll be rolling in sometime in the early PM. Don't know if I'll be needed to help with the show.

Perhaps Landon would be kind enough to let me hold a few spots. Dave, could you or Colton draw up a list?

I believe there is a list on the MWM thread, but let me check.

Last time I checked there were 6 Rams pre registered, but I doubt that is still accurate! There is a big parking lot right across from where the show is or a Sonic across the street

7 Rams registered and paid, 2 more who have registered but have not paid. We are planning to park vehicles by class (ram, Charger, Challenger, etc) I don't mind y'all holding a couple spots but we don't need to hold 30 spots for 7 rams either.

That'd be a bit silly...I'll ask you for enough for those who've registered...plus 1 more.
And I'd expect those who can to form a group and show up on time so we can park you in a timely fashion. I'd guess I'd be the "bridge guy" since I'm an officer in one forum and a member of both. I'd have high expections there will be no friction here.
BTW guys, if you haven't paid, please do. It makes things easier.

I know Timmy is gonna help with setup, I will make sure he keep 9 spots open for ORC.

Lol it is probably gonna be near 100, last year we hit 108 during the show so this year is gonna be cooler lol.

I think the big parking lot next to where the show is going to be held will be a good place to meet up at. Everyone else cool with that?

We will have a row saved for trucks, so it's not a big deal. Here is the agenda for the weekend:

Thursday:
Meet N greet at hotel
Wash the bugs off from the drive in
Dinner at restaurant of your choice

Friday:
6am-9am Breakfast at hotel (Sooner Legends Norman)
9:30am Cruise from hotel to Bricktown OKC
10am-2pm Shopping, sight seeing, etc in Bricktown
2:30pm - 5:00pm Cruise to Dave & Busters in OKC for late lunch, arcades, cold drinks
6pm Leave hotel for the Drag Strip!!

Saturday:
6am-9am Breakfast
10am- your tired Andy Alligators Fun Park (mini golf, arcades, go-karts, bumper cars, frog hopper, rock climbing, bumper boats, batting cages, water baloons, water park, pizza, etc.)
4pm Trailered vehicle will be allowed into the car show parking lot
5pm-7pm Entry and registration for car show
7pm-9pm Judging, giveaways, drawings
930ish Trophy presentations

Does anybody that's gonna be with the crew all Friday wanna exchange numbers cause ill proly not be down there at 9am mayb but not likely. This way I can figure out where y'all are at

The only thing I'm doing Friday is the trip down to Thunder Valley. PM me if you want my number.

So I have a set of stock 17s with tires that have like 75% and I really hate these tires. Anybody think I should bring em along and destroy in a burnout at thunder valley? I always wanted a sweet burnout pic

They have moved us to a different parking lot for the car show. We will be in the south lot as shown by the purple pin
