Bluetooth Troubleshooting
 

I put a Pioneer DEH-6500BT deck in this truck and have the bluetooth all set up and i can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. i do have the mic set up as well. Any ideas??

Where is the mic placed?

It is about a foot in front of my face on the visor.

I their anyway to mute ur end on like the deck or on your phone maybe?

That's what i thought maybe. it's not on my phone and i can't find it on the deck! that's why i'm so confused!!

make sure it's plugged in well those 3.5 mm jacks have rings on them and sometimes they aren't all the way plugged in and making a good connection was it a new radio?

I'll pull it and check to make sure i didn't accidentally pull the jack out when securing the deck.. But yeah,it's brand new, bougt it on my way home after buying the truck.
