Matt 12-24-2012 10:48 AM

(S.M.R) 101 12-24-2012 11:12 AM

BMRbrnSNRbrd 12-28-2012 12:37 AM

I like it! That light bar looks badass.

Matt 12-28-2012 12:44 AM

thanks david i cant wait till i get the other one mounted now !! just waiting on it to come in

(S.M.R) 101 12-28-2012 01:13 AM

Light bar is bad ass for sure dude! Did you have to fab some brackets for it?

Matt 12-28-2012 01:16 AM

yeah i bent some 1/8" metal to bend around the core support? bars and give me a flat spot to mount the brackets off the lights also had to change the bolts from allen to hex head that way i can get a wrench on the end once it's mounted there is very little room left lol i dont' think you could go any bigger at all ... the brackets i made are just temporary and i will build something different when i mount the second bar

(S.M.R) 101 12-28-2012 01:24 AM

Rok-Tek told me they would fab me a bracket for the light bar to go in my bumper but I really want a 32" bar if I decide to put another light bar down there. that 22" was not cutting it.

There was way to much space left open in the lower grill

Matt 12-28-2012 03:22 AM

i never seen it on your truck i guess

(S.M.R) 101 12-28-2012 03:26 AM

Only test fit.. I never got it "Installed" was having a rough time with making a bracket for it.

myoung84 12-28-2012 10:05 AM

You're really making me want a lightbar...

0212353 12-28-2012 11:26 AM

I'm in group buy mode whenever you guys are. lol

BMRbrnSNRbrd 12-28-2012 11:39 AM

I want one but I think it would look ridiculous on my truck.

Matt 12-28-2012 01:48 PM

Yeah lol but it's still sweet but you can't use them on road so kinda pointless for you

fastnnuffrt 12-28-2012 01:56 PM

Dave put it in the back for backup lights!

Two small ones behind the grille would be nice.

We're getting the edge of that snow, which won't be enough to do anything. I really want some snow!

ramthis9501 12-28-2012 03:33 PM

It came down hard today! Just quit about an hour ago, but we probably got at least 2" :D I love snow!

Matt 12-29-2012 04:24 PM

ahh forgot to post these too same day apparently someone doesn't know how to drive in 1 inch of snow started sliding hit a curb.. then went up a guide wire for a power pole .. then proceeded to slide down the road lol right in front of my work haha

BMRbrnSNRbrd 12-29-2012 10:34 PM

That's what kills me in Oklahoma. The instant it starts to snow/sleet/etc everyone either drives like an ass OR drives like their car might actually explode if they drive over 25 mph.

By the way, truck looks great Matt. Still working on the front bumper? I think it would look killer.

Matt 12-29-2012 10:38 PM

Yeah buddy I just need to nut up and order the body lift so I can do the brackets that'll work... Didn't want to do them twice / also just been debating on doing it in general I really want to go 3" body and 2" taller block in the rear to have a 1" rake bc when I have a load in it really sags bc I'm higher in the front already and then run 38x15.50s but just found out I can't run amp boards with a body lift ... So it's all just kinda in flux

BMRbrnSNRbrd 12-29-2012 10:40 PM

Of those choices, I would say ditch the Amp steps and go the other route. I know they are nice (my dad runs them on his F250) but I think the lift and bumper will look better.

Matt 12-29-2012 10:42 PM

The bumper will go on either way

(S.M.R) 101 12-30-2012 12:17 AM

Truck is looking good man!

918Dodge 12-31-2012 06:14 AM

Agreed.. lightbar is badass. The whole truck is badass for that matter lol.

Matt 01-04-2013 01:43 PM

finally put some good mats in the truck

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y68...2C6AD44673.jpg

BMRbrnSNRbrd 01-04-2013 03:11 PM

What did those run? I want a full set (two front and one rear) for daily use and then a nice set of carpeted mats for shows.

Matt 01-04-2013 04:41 PM

i got them from work so i got them a little cheaper not 100% sure i think somewhere around 150 front/rear

Matt 01-17-2013 11:32 PM

well i bought 2 50's today and another 40 lol there goes the fun fund for a while i'm only going to run 1 set or the other but not sure which i'll like better until i get them on the truck i really want to play around with staggered dual 50's on top

(S.M.R) 101 01-17-2013 11:53 PM

That's a lot of light dude lol

Matt 01-18-2013 12:05 AM

man i know lol i kind of want to mount all 4 just to take a picture haha ... i might do 1 50 and 1 40 where it's at now and the 50 on the roof i've just got to play around with them .. the whole drilling into the roof kills me lol

myoung84 01-18-2013 10:31 AM

Two 40's behind the grill and a 50 on the roof. That would be sweet!
