why not powered 10" sub, all in one?

Every powered sub I've heard didn't sound good at all.

Last weekend i bought a fosgate T1 that rms at 800. I ordered a HiFonics amp last night for it cause my 1600 watt amp wasnt putting out enough power. But this 10" sub sounds amazing. Easily like a 12-15. look into Fosgatre subs theyre good for the price

Lots of great info here, I've been looking at up grading my R/T system.

I just finished installing Alpine Type S 6x9s in all four doors and some cheap $30 Kickers (because Alpine doesn't make a 3.5") in the dash. They are only powered off of the stock head for now but the difference is insane.
