Nice custom Dakota for sale
I drool over it every day on the way home when I see it out front. I figured there was some sort of forced induction with that huge intercooler peeking out from behind the grill.
It's Procharged, but a V-6

I saw that. I have a thing for minitrucks as I had two S10s as my first two vehicles. I am starting to toss the idea around of, once I buy my new bike (some time next year), trading someone my current bike for a late 80s S10.
Out of all my my past vehicles, I miss my Dakota more than anything... I really want another on and drop a Hemi into it...
I've always loved the R/T Dakotas & Durangos! This red one is awesome. Me and Dustin are going to "borrow" it on saturday to see what she's got!
I'd love to take a Dakota and drop a Cummins in it...
That's a lot of weight in that front end! The front suspension on the 2nd gen Dakotas isn't that great. It seems like I was replacing ball joints on mine every 6 months...
Of course I'd beef up the suspension lol but can you imagine how damn fast that thing would be!
I would rather put a Cummins in a 68 Charger! :)

I think I would want to do a static drop on coilovers and an LS1.

Yeah, I saw that thing and I did a double take when I saw that big ass intercooler. Looks like a freakin radiator from a semi... Too bad we haven't got Carmen a new car yet... :/
I'm with you Morgan, I miss the little Dakota I had in high school. It was like the little engine that could haha. It was a 94 though and when I left it at my Dad's in 2006 it only had 99,000 miles on it. He never drove so it went to crap and I donated it to the Salvation Army. Got on ebay one day and saw a ton of those things with 300K plus miles! Im still kickin myself about that! |
