A buddy of mine bought a little Kawasaki 650R in the summer and recently helped his brother in law paint it. It used to be red and he wanted it to have an old fighter plane look. They painted it to look like metal pieces riveted together and added the "shark mouth" on the lower fairing. Next they are going to airbrush some old school pin-up girls on the tank and then hit it with another coat of satin clear.
Unfortunately, after I took these pics, we decided to install his fender delete kit and led tail light with integrated turn signals, so it looks MUCH better now. I need to swap grilles with someone. I have the stock chrome grille that's been covered in plastidip since shortly after I got the truck. I need to find someone that wants to trade a nice shiny chrome grille for a stock black one...

Nobody around here will paint the chrome grill. The plastidip is actually a perfect match to the other plastic parts. It just works.

black ram head, I could see like a red pinstripe around the ram to compliment the one down the body but it makes the truck look like its got a stopped up nose other wise.

I think I'll just black it out. I have enough red accents and don't want to overdo it.

I'll keep an eye out up here for a color matched grill Morgan. I have already seen 2 of them on local CL for a pretty good price. If you want to go with a paintable grill
