It's official, I'm old. I installed two new Nest thermostats yesterday and I love them. One I got for Christmas and the other I bought yesterday since I like the first one so much. These things are awesome! Being able to lay in bed and turn the heat up or down is pretty sweet!

Dirty truck pic from the snow storm in the Lawton area. The truck handled it exceptionally well. I think the new Toyo AT II tires did much better on the ice than the old Nitto MT's would have done...

Still a good looking truck. But does look off without it

BMRbrnSNRbrd 12-29-2012 10:35 PM

Well, it was never leveled, but I do miss the old look. The slope of the driveway makes it look worse than it is. I really didn't want it leveled because I don't want major ass sag when hauling and towing and putting airbags in a power wagon can get difficult and expensive because of the axle articulation.

One day when we have a better vehicle for traveling (Hopefully a 2014 Jeep GC), the Wagon will rise again! It will eventually have a full Carli suspension and 35's! If I can ever get my Diablo working, some custom tuning with a new cam would help a lot.

(S.M.R) 101 12-31-2012 11:51 AM

I guess it is the slope of the driveway lol.. just seemed a lot taller wifh the other tires... maybe im just trippin

myoung84 12-31-2012 11:54 AM

It had a 2" front and 1.5" rear lift. I definitely miss the look.

fastnnuffrt 01-01-2013 08:41 PM

I can't believe they actually pay me to do this...

myoung84 01-03-2013 01:37 PM

I want to do this... Just can't bring myself to spend $700 on a light bar. I wish these were priced in the $300-400 range, that I could handle...

(S.M.R) 101 01-03-2013 02:19 PM

Hey Morgan. I'll text you in a few minutes about light bars

0212353 01-03-2013 02:49 PM

you can get cheap ones........but who knows about quality!

BMRbrnSNRbrd 01-03-2013 03:22 PM

I like them, but I think they are just a fad right now. They definitely don't have the presence of the round lights.

myoung84 01-03-2013 03:30 PM

It's the wave of the future! I think my problem is, everyone knows how high dollar these are and sticking them to my existing light bar with two nuts scares me. Wouldn't take any time at all to snatch the whole bar.
